Household Membership includes up to 6 individuals living in the same household. If there are more than 6 individuals in one household, then there is an additional $25 per person. 		$475

Individual Membership Student 15 – 18 (No Discounts)
(Parents must sign an additional parent waiver and teens must adhere to the buddy system to swim.) 		$100

Glennwood Pool is a neighborhood owned and operated by volunteers. It is through volunteers that everything keeps running for everyone's enjoyment. Pool Release & Waiver

Glennwood Pool Association, Inc.

This Release and Waiver (“Release”) is made and executed by the Resident Pool Member or Associate Pool Member (“Member”) and Glennwood Pool Association, Inc. Member’s written acceptance of the terms of this Release is a required condition imposed by the Glennwood Pool Association, Inc. for permission to access and use the Glennwood Pool. Member acknowledges and agrees as follows:

  1. Member understands that the Member, Member’s family, including children and guests, are SWIMMING AT THEIR OWN RISK. The Member ASSUMES THE RISK, for themselves, their family and their guests, of using the swimming pool.
  2. Members understand that the swimming pool is hazardous for those people who have not been trained to swim, or whose physical or mental condition renders them unable to always swim capably.
  3. By being a member of the pool, you agree that photos or videos taken during pool events may be used by Glennwood Pool for promotional purposes, including social media and marketing materials. These images may be used without compensation and help us share the fun and community of our pool. This permission extends to photographs and recordings of any minor children for whom you are the parent or legal guardian.
  4. Member, on behalf of their self, their family, and their guests expressly agrees to forever discharge, waive and release Glennwood Pool Association, Inc., its respective directors, officers, shareholders, agents, employees, and successors and assigns from any actions, rights or actions, suits, claims, damages, and demands whatsoever, known and unknown, anticipated and unanticipated, past, present and future, for any and all forms of damages, including all consequential and derivative damages, resulting from any incident suffered by the Member, Member’s family, or Member’s guests, that is in any way connected to the Glennwood Swimming Pool in exchange for Glennwood Pool permitting the Member, the Member’s family, and the Member’s guests the use and access of the Glennwood Pool.
  5. Member further agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Glennwood Pool, its respective directors, officers, shareholders, volunteers, successors and assigns from any and all claims, losses or liability arising from, connected with or any way arising out of Member, Member’s family, or Member’s guests use of the Glennwood Pool.
  6. Member further agrees to abide by all Rules and Regulations imposed by Glennwood Pool Association, Inc. regarding use of the Glennwood Pool and Member further understands that the violation of these rules and regulations by Member or Member’s family will result in Member’s membership being suspended. Please visit the Glennwood Pool website for a complete copy of the By-Laws with Enclosure A - Board of Directors; Enclosure B - Policies and Procedures; Enclosure C – Even Application; Enclosure D – Lifetime Members, Enclosure E – Volunteer Discount, Enclosure F – Membership Application, Enclosure G – Business Application.

By signing the membership registration form, Member states that Member has read and understands the foregoing and acknowledges their consent to the terms of this Release for themselves, their family, and their guests.

To help make membership more accessible, we offer a payment plan option. Members choosing this option agree to pay the total membership fee in scheduled installments by the stated deadlines. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in suspension of membership privileges until the balance is paid in full.

Members electing to use the payment plan are required to submit 50% of the membership fee at the time of application, with the remaining balance paid in two subsequent installments. All payments must be received no later than May 15. All fees are non-refundable, and the initial payment must accompany the membership application.
